The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the tender process, pursuant to which the Petitioner had applied, itself is recalled and now, fresh tender would be issued at the State level. 2.

In light of that, nothing survives for adjudication in the present matter.

The Petitioner is disqualified on the ground that the documents were not submitted along with the tender. That would not be an impediment for the Petitioner to fill-in fresh tender. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
