Learned counsel for the parties state that such costs may be paid to Kirtikar Law Library. The applicant to pay such costs to Kirtikar Law Library within a period of four weeks from today. If the costs are paid, then Civil Application No. 5148 of 2011 to be placed on board for further consideration. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.
