P.C.:- Prayer clause (a) of the Petition reads thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court may, by way of appropriate writ Order or direction, direct the Respondents to forthwith delete the entries of reservation from revenue record of the land bearing Gat No.386/2, P.O. Nighoje, Taluka Khed, District-Pune".

In the Afdavit-in-Reply in paragraphs 3 and 4, it is stated as follows:-

3. I say that, on 5th August, 2019 the Maharashtra Government through Revenue Department has issued Government Resolution and by the said Resolution the Maharashtra Government has directed the Respondents herein to delete the Megha 1/2

Megha 4_wp_9678_2018.odt entries after following the due process of law. A Copy of the Government Resolution dated 5th August, 2019 is hereby annexed and marked as "Exhibit-"A".

4. I further say that, in view of the Resolution dated 05th August, 2019 the Petitioner herein needs to fle appropriate application with the concern authority for deleting the entries of reservation from revenue record of the land bearing Gat No.386/2 P.O. Nighoje, Taluka Khed, District Pune."

We permit the Petitioner to make an appropriate Application for deleting the entries of reservation from the revenue records of the subject land before the Committee constituted under the GR dated 5th August, 2019. If such Application is made within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be decided and forwarded to the State Government by the Committee within a period of two months from the date on which such Application is received. The fnal decision shall be taken by the State Government within two months from the date of receipt of the proposal of the Committee.
