Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement which is also confirmed by Ms. Singh, learned senior counsel for the respondent that the wages have been paid to the respondent's workmen upto October 2021.

As the petition was filed assailing the interim order dated 14 August, 2021 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Mumbai and the principal proceeding namely Complaint (ULP) No.139 of 2021 itself is pending, it is agreeable to the parties that the petition ought not to be kept pending. It is accordingly disposed of keeping all contentions of the parties open to be raised in the pending proceedings. No costs. (G. S. KULKARNI, J.) 1/1
