By this application, the applicant has sought to expedite the hearing of Criminal Appeal No. 502 of 2013. The applicant is already on bail. The appeal is of the year 2013. Several other matters wherein the appellants/accused are in custody are pending before this Court. In view of the above fact, it is not possible to expedite the hearing of this case, at this stage.
