The impugned order directs the petitioner to give notarized no-objection letter along with photocopy of the petitioner' s signed passport so as to enable the daughter to apply for Canada visa. The said order directs the petitioner to grant such no-objection within fifteen (15) days.

Due to passage of time, both parties agree that such a relief has become infructuous. However, learned advocate for the respondent states that filing of petition is frivolous and, therefore, observations to that effect be made in the reasons. 3.

Once the writ petition has become infructuous, it is not

17-wp9904-2022.doc proper on the part of this Court to adjudicate upon conduct of the parties; however, parties to the petition are entitled to ventilate their grievances before appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings.
