It appears that in continuation of Court Receiver's Report No.87 of 2019, the Court Receiver filed a report No.12 of 2021. The Court Receiver sought directions in terms of Clauses (a) to (d). It appears that the the Trial Court has not considered the said report nor any adjudication is done on the said report. 2.

The Trial Court is, therefore, directed to pass appropriate orders on Court Receiver Report No.12 of 2021 within four weeks from today.
