The earlier Writ Petition No.5421 of 2017 was dismissed for default on 06.07.2017. The Civil Application has been fled for restoration of the writ petition. On 04.12.2017, the Civil Application was dismissed for default. Lateron, on the same day a mention was made by learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners for restoration Shinde H.R.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, prayer for restoration of Writ Petition No.5421 of 2017 is accepted. Consequently, order dated 06.07.2017 is recalled and Writ Petition No.5421 of 2017 is restored to fle.
