Petitioners are the original defendants in Regular Civil Suit 84 of 2008 in which the plaintiffs secured injunctive relief, which the Appellate Court confirmed. This petition is directed against the orders of the Courts below refusing temporary injunction. 2.

The status report placed on record shows that Regular Civil Suit 84 of 2008 is itself decided. Copy of the judgment dated 07.12.2021 is also placed on record.

Nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
