Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that he received instructions to withdraw the present First Appeals and file two separate Appeals challenging the order dated 27.03.2015 and 24.07.2015. Hence, he seeks permission to withdrawn the First Appeals alongwith Civil Applications. Same is permitted.
