This Application is filed for condonation of delay in filing Family Court Appeal. Respondent is served with the notice of the Application. There is no Affidavit in Reply filed in the Application to oppose the case made out in the Application for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned, as prayed. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions states that her client will make payment of 50% of the total arrears of maintenance within a period of three weeks from today. She further states that the said amount will be transferred directly to the account of the Respondent and necessary compliance will be placed on record before the next date. The amount that will be paid will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties. The statement made on behalf of the Applicant is accepted by way of undertaking to this Court. 4.

Office is directed to place the matter for admission on 16th June 2023.
