We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondent-State for some time. We are not inclined to entertain this petition as the petitioner has a remedy of approaching the office of the Charity Commissioner for redressal of his grievance. Besides, the petitioner also has a remedy of making a complaint levelling specific allegations against particular traders before the concerned police station.
