This is an application seeking condonation of 79 days delay in preferring the appeal.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the delay has not been deliberate but due to bona fide reasons for time required in scrutinizing the papers at various levels. 5.

Learned Counsel for the respondents though objects the condonation of delay, yet for the reasons stated in the application, the delay needs to be condoned.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no orders as to cost.

The application is disposed.
