The grievance of the petitioners is that pursuant to the order passed by the Collector, Solapur on 16th March 2019, the Tahasildar, Barshi - respondent no.5 has heard the parties in the proceedings under Section 63, read with Section 84(c), of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948. Though the hearing was conducted in September, 2023, no orders have been thereafter passed. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

the respondent no.5-Tahasildar, Barshi to complete the aforesaid proceedings by passing an order thereon within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners.
