The Petitioner who appears in person has challenged the Award dated 27 March 1995.

Rule was issued on 24 January 2001. When the petition came up for hearing on 15 December 2015, the Petitioner in-person was not present. The Registry has issued intimation that the petition will come up on board after four weeks. Registry has endorsed that said letter is given by way of hand delivery. The petition is called out. The Petitioner in-person is not present. It appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
