Since the earlier application (Anticipatory Bail Application No.1182 of 2022) was withdrawn on 29/04/2022, when the Court expressed it's disinclination to entertain the same, the second application fled barely three months apart, cannot be entertained. The learned counsel is asked whether there is any change in circumstances, which would warrant consideration of the second application, he is unable to demonstrate any.
