The applicant Is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.346 of 2018, registered with Deonar Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 144, 148, 149, 307, 323 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 37(1)(a) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

Learned APP informs that the applicant-accused has attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the investigation. 3.

The role attributed to the applicant is that of assault by fist blows.

I am informed that the other co-accused against whom there are serious allegations are already on pre-arrest bail. As such, adinterim relief is confirmed. The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.346 of 2018, registered with Deonar Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 144, 148, 149, 307, 323 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 37(1)(a) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed;

3/3 iii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.

In view of disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application, Criminal Application No. 1249 of 2019 stands disposed of. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
