Appellants no.1 and 2 in both the appeals are present in the court. Mr. Shah, the learned advocate for the appellants states that he has instructions from the appellants to withdraw both the appeals on the appellants' undertaking to this court that they shall vacate and handover vacant possession of the suit premises to the respondents within a period of three months from today. The undertaking in writing tendered by Mr. Shah is taken on file. The undertaking is accepted and the appeals are allowed to be withdrawn. Refund of court fees as per rule.
