This is an Application sent through jail by the Applicants wherein they have submitted that they are poor and unable to appoint the private Advocate and therefore requested that an Advocate may be provided to them free of costs by this Court. The Registrar of High Court Legal Aid Services Committee to appoint an Advocate to represent the Applicants in the present Appeal. The Legal Aid Services Committee to intimate the appointment of the said Advocate to the Applicants who are presently lodged in Kolhapur Central Prison. This be done within two weeks from today.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Applicants who are in jail.
