Naik, J.) dated 31 st January, 2014, is recalled subject to payment of Rs.50,000/- as cost to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant on instructions undertakes to pay cost of Rs.50,000/- to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.
