P.C. :- 1] The respondent in Civil Revision Application has taken out this Civil Application seeking leave to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the tenant in this Court in pursuance of order dated 14th January 2016.

2] The learned counsel appearing for the tenant states that he has no objection if the landlord is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount as long as such withdrawal is subject to final orders in the Civil Revision Application.

However, it is made clear that such withdrawal shall be subject to the final orders that will be made in the Civil Revision Application including orders for bringing back of such amount together with suitable interests as may be determined.

4] Civil Application is disposed of.
