It is to be noted here that, the offence involved in the present Petition is dated 13.04.2015 and the police have submitted chargesheet on 29.04.2015. In view thereof, the learned Magistrate seized of Case No.SCC/2058/2016 is hereby directed to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endevour to conduct the same on day to day basis.
