Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned additional public prosecutor for the State. The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under sections 279, 338, 304-A of the Indian Penal Code. He was bailed during the course of the trial as well as during the pendency of the appeal. The revision application has been admitted today. Therefore, I pass the following order. The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash bail deposit of Rs.30,000/- in lieu of surety. Borey 1/2
