2] After arrest on 4/3/2021, Applicant is already chargesheeted. There are general allegations against Applicant about participation in the crime. There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. Considering the role attributed to the Applicant, it cannot be termed to be of serious nature.

Bond of Rs 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither tamper with the evidence nor try to influence the prosecution witnesses and the complainant.
