The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent No.2 - Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, has not implemented the order dated 22nd March, 2018 passed by the Respondent No.1 - State Information Commission, under the Right to Information Act. On instructions, the learned AGP stated that to the extent documents were available with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the same have been supplied. However, there is no ofcial communication from Respondent No.2 to the Petitioner to this efect. Admittedly, the other actions ordered by Respondent No.1 in the said order dated 22nd March, 2018 could also not been taken up. Under the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of SSP 1/2

(i) The Respondent No.2 shall make ofcial communication to the Petitioner indicating the documents which may have now supplied and annexing the documents if are still available with the said authority and which are required to be supplied if any, and state clearly which of the documents which are not in possession and therefore, cannot be supplied. This shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (ii) Additionally, he shall carry out the remaining directions contained in the order dated 22nd March, 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
