The above Petition concerns the elections to the Respondent No.13 Shri Datta Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. The Petition is filed on the ground that the Board of Directors has illegally enrolled a large number of new members on the eve of the elections which are to be held in the year 1998. In view of the fact that the elections which were held in December 1998, are in contention, the Petition at this point of time has turned infructuous. However, none appears for the Petitioner, hence dismissed for non prosecution.
