This is an application for recalling of the order dated 07/06/2022 passed by this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.). Vide that order it was observed that when the Criminal Appeal No.514 of 2017 was called out for hearing on 06/06/2022 as well as on 07/06/2022 and even on 17/03/2022, nobody had appeared for the Appellant and therefore the Court was pleased Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

Now the original Advocate on record Mr. Vivek Arote has filed this application on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant for recalling of that order. Since the Appellant had engaged the services of Advocate Mr. Arote, he is permitted to argue this Appeal at the final hearing stage. Appointed advocate is relieved of his responsibilities from appearing for the Appellant. 3.

Since the entire process of appointing an advocate had to be undertaken, learned Advocate Mr. Vivek Arote is directed to pay the cost of Rs.500/- to Advocate Mr. Vaibhav Sugdare and produce a receipt on record before arguing this Appeal. 4.

Appeal be listed on weekly final hearing board commencing from 22/08/2022.
