The learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that pursuant to the orders of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) and confirmed by this Court the Petitioner's performance was revaluated and it was found that the marks given are proper and there are no change in marks. The same is also communicated to the Petitioner under communication dated 8 September 2017. The copy of the same is handed over to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner now.

Be that as it may as the evaluation has already been conducted and if the Petitioner is not agreeable to it then the Petitioner to take steps to assail the same.

With these observations, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the Contempt Petition, the Interim Application also stands disposed of.
