Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, the learned Counsel for the original complainant and the learned APP. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the investigation pertaining to C. R. No. 153 of 2015 registered with Kasturba Road Police Station is completed and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the same, the interim relief granted by order dated 30.07.2015 is hereby confirmed. 2.
