Learned Counsel for the parties agree that there is a settlement arrived at between the Mathadi workers as also the employer, who is the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 489 of 2023 with the approval of the Mathadi Board. Copy of the terms and agreement on which settlement has been arrived at is placed on record and marked 'X' for identifcation.
