2. Amendment to be carried out within three days from today. Amended copy shall also be supplied to the respondents simultaneously.

3. Mr. Madon, learned Senior Counsel, for the respondents, on instructions, states that the impugned show cause notice dated th July, 2022 stands withdrawn unconditionally. Statement is accepted. In view of the withdrawal of the show cause notice dated 7 th July, 2022 unconditionally, Mr. Madon, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners state that notice dated 7 th July, 2022 and the impugned letter / order dated 18 th July, 2022 stand withdrawn. Statement is accepted.

4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, Mr. Madon, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners state that nothing survives in this writ petition. Statement is accepted.

5. Writ petition is disposed off as infructuous.

6. No orders as to costs.
