On the last occasion learned counsel for the petitioner sought for time to obtain instructions from his client as to whether he would like to pursue with the writ petition since the impugned election of the Cooperative Society was held in the year 2016. On his request, case was deferred till today.

It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the writ petition.
