The Applicant was granted bail by order dated 20th June 2017. The Applicant was permitted for furnish cash security for a period of four weeks in lieu of surety. Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is the resident of Delhi and could not arrange surety within the stipulated period. It is, therefore, prayed that validity of cash security granted by this Court, may be continued for a period of four weeks.

Taking into consideration the circumstances, the facility of cash security granted by order dated 20th June 2017 is extended for a period of four weeks as a last chance. Criminal Application is disposed of.
