1] Leave to amend the Petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2] The only relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider the proposal for grant of promotion to the Petitioner to the post of Supervisor.

3] In the affidavit in reply, it is stated that the proposal could not be considered since the said proposal is not traceable in the office of Respondent No.4. In that view of the matter, the Petition is disposed of in the following terms :- BGP.

I) The Respondent No.4 is directed to submit Photostat copy of the proposal which was submitted to the Respondent No.2.

II) On receipt of the said proposal, the Respondent No.2 shall take decision thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy.
