Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :

(i) Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representations filed by the Petitioner dated 14th July, 2016 and 4th August, 2021 strictly on merits and as per law within a period of six weeks from today.

(ii) Respondent No.1 shall before passing his orders give a hearing to the Petitioner as well as to all the concerned parties and shall also deal with the oral as well as written submissions, if any, filed by the Petitioner and/or the concerned Respondents.
