He places on record a letter dated 17th December 2013 and contends that since the party-respondent is not proceeding with the proposal of taking over the management of the hospital, the petitioners do not want to pursue this matter. It is noticed from the record that only when the matter is listed, the petitioners have informed this fact to the Court. 2.

The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
