ssm 1 206-apeal681.17.doc
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 681 OF 2017 Yogesh Bajirao Madane .....Appellant Vs.
The State Of Maharashtra .....Respondent None for the Appellant.
Mr. R.M. Pethe APP, for the Respondent-State. CORAM : A. S. GADKARI, J.
DATE : 5th JULY, 2022.
P.C.:- None for the Appellant.
Record indicates that, by an Order dated 20th March, 2018, the Application for suspension of sentence and releasing the Applicant on bail during the pendency of the present Appeal was disposed off as the Advocate for the Applicant/Accused did not press it on the ground that, Applicant had already undergone entire sentence and therefore the said Application was rendered infructuous.
It appears that, as the Appellant has already undergone entire sentence, he is not interested in pursuing present Appeal further and it is the reason, neither the Appellant nor his Advocate are present today. Appeal is accordingly disposed off.
