This application is preferred for transit pre-arrest bail in connection with FIR No.11200007230198 of 2023 registered at Bhilad Police Station, District Walsad, Gujarat for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a), 65(c), 81, 83, 98(2) and 116B of the Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949. 3.

Since the FIR is registered on 8 February 2023, at this distant point of time, there is no propriety in entertaining the application for transit bail as prayed. 4.
