The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 in the application for condonation of delay and the application for stay i.e. Civil Application No.3947 of 2013 and Civil Application No.3948 of 2013. The aforesaid Civil Applications have been restored by an order passed today in Civil Application No.3434 of 2016. In so far as the Civil Application No.3435 of 2016, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the Applicant is permitted to publish notice in two local newspapers i.e. daily "Free Press Journal" in English and daily "Lokmat" in Marathi having circulation in Thane. Notice to indicate that the same is made returnable on 31.08.2016. The Civil Application is disposed of.
