The Ld. First Appellate Court at Nashik, shall decide the Applications filed by the Petitioners/ Appellants below Exh.32 & 34 afresh and accordingly pass a reasoned Order.

The Ld. First Appellate Court at Nashik, to decide the above referred Applications on its own merits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of order passed by the Hon'ble High Court."

Both the Petitions are disposed of in terms of those minutes of order.
