The applicant has abided by the condition for a period of about 10 years. In the changed circumstances, the condition requiring the applicant to report to Dindoshi Police Station on every 2 nd and 4 th Sunday of every calendar month needs to be relaxed.

The Application is allowed.

The condition requiring the applicant to report to Dindoshi Police Station on 2 nd and 4 th Sunday of every calendar month till the disposal of the Appeal, is cancelled.

Tilak 2/2 (7)APPA-903-15 The applicant shall, however, give in writing the address where he would be staying, to the Officer-in-charge of the Dindoshi Police Station, and shall also give his telephone number, as also the telephone number of his brother, with whom he intends to reside.

The applicant shall, nevertheless, report to the Dindoshi Police Station once in every three months, commencing from November 2015.
