This Application is moved for seeking permission to travel to Boston, USA, as there is restriction imposed by this Court by an order dated 11th September, 2014 at the time of grant pre-arrest bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that earlier also she has sought permission to go to Dubai and this Court was pleased to grant permission by its order dated 4th December, 2014. The learned counsel submitted that the applicant wants to go to Boston, USA from 20th August, 2015 to 30th September, 2015 for her daughter's admission in Boston University for B.A. Course.

Permission is granted to the applicant/accused to travel to Boston, USA from 20th August, 2015 to 30th September, 2015 . The applicant shall 1 / 2

The applicant on her arrival to India shall report to Murud Police Station on 3rd October, 2015 Needless to say that the applicant is exempted from attending police station from 20th August, 2015 to 30th September, 2015.
