The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the non appearance of the advocate of 12-7-2016. The reasons for non appearance of the Advocate for the Petitioner on the said day are mentioned in the above Civil Application. None appears for the Respondent though served and though appearance is shown on board. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed resultantly the Writ Petition is restored to file. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
