The Application is filed for the relief of anticipatory bail. Both sides are heard.

The FIR and other papers of investigation show that deceased Tanaji committed suicide by consuming pesticide. There is allegation made by his widow that deceased had taken loan from four persons including present Applicant and he was harassing from these persons for returning the amount and also the interest on it. It is the case of the Complainant that she was threatened and also her husband was threatened. Due to that he has committed suicide. In view of nature of the allegations this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the Applicant. In the 11th August 2017
