The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 16/06/2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-1) of this Court. By the said order, the Applicant/Petitioner was to remove the office objections within the time stipulated in the said order dated 16/06/2016, on account of the failure to do so, the Petition has stood dismissed for non-prosecution.

In my view, it would be just and proper to show one final indulgence to the Applicant/Petitioner. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the above Writ Petition is restored to file. The lgc
