The learned Counsel for the applicant states that there are certain typographical errors in the cause title. Furthermore, in para 3, the date on which the decree was received has not been mentioned. He seeks leave to amend the same. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the Salgaonkar
29 caf 2885-18.doc delay of 55 days in filing the appeal. Having perused the records and on considering the reasons stated in paragraph 4 to 6 of the application, the delay is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- to the Juvenile Justice Fund. The appeal be registered subject to the payment of costs and removal of office objections, if any.

Learned Counsel Mr.Bhatia waives service on behalf of the respondent.
