Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company.

Perused the application. The learned Counsel for the Insurance Company submits that, the applicant-Insurance Company has already deposited the entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T., Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 136 of 2010. Therefore, he requested to grant stay.

In view of submissions, in regard to deposit of the entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T., Palghar, there is no impediment to grant stay. There shall be a stay to the operation and execution of the award passed by the Member of M.A.C.T., Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 136 of 2010.

Accordingly, this Civil Application stands disposed off. ( K.K. SONAWANE, J.) Shubham
