DATED : 15th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- In the light of the order dated 4/8/2022, the learned APP state that the applicant, who had received a sum of Rs.10,30,000/- in his account, has repaid the entire amount to the complainant by two cheques. He state that as on date, both the cheques have been honored and the amount has been gone into the account of the complainant.

Since the above statement is coming from the learned APP through the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, the order dated 4/8/2022 is made absolute. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
