1] Mr.Kankal, learned Asst. Government Pleader, on the instructions of Mr.Laxmikant Patil, Deputy Commissioner of Police, who is present in the Court, submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to take the necessary action in accordance with law.

2] In view thereof, Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

3] As withdrawal of the Writ Petition has resulted into withdrawal of the notice issued under Section 4 of the Public Premises 1/2
