1] The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of order dated 11th July 2018, the Investigating Agency has verified the Tower location of the mobile phone of the applicant and it is revealed that on 20th June 2018 between 6.00 pm to 7.15 pm the location of the applicant was at Baingan wadi, Govandi. It thus primafacie appears that the contention of the informant that, on 20th June 2018 the applicant was at Goregaon (West) is prima-facie incorrect. 1/2

Interim relief, granted by order dated 11th July 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called for between 11 am to 2 pm and to joint the process of investigation till filing of the final report.
